A superb hotel in every way.I Would strongly recommend it for a relaxed holiday,close to all amenities in Altura.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in late and even giving us a free upgrade to a better apartment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen equipment provided was of good quality.

The apartments were in a great location within walking distance of a supermarket and the beach. The apartments were clean and tidy and had all the facilities required. The staff there were excellent, very polite and friendly, and their customer service was excellent. The fact that the apartments were spacious and had a good kitchen equipment was a definite advantage.

The whole building is not very well isolated and you can hear your neighbors or people walking in corridors. Limited hot water due to the water heating system used can be a drawback.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was situated near a beach and a supermarket. the hotel's rooms were tidy and had adequate facilities. What made the stay more enjoyable was the friendly staff's company who were polite and welcoming.

The hotel's staff's English speaking skills were mediocre, and they struggled to understand or communicate information. there was no dish soap provided in the room.

The walls in the building were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and people walking in the corridors.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and good attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities and have a well-equipped kitchen.
